WooCommerce Integration
Connect your chatbot to your WooCommerce store to enable product search, order tracking, and customer support. Available on Essential plans and above.
Prerequisites
- Essential plan or higher
- A WooCommerce store with API access
Connect your WooCommerce store
Go to "WooCommerce" in the sidebar and enter your store URL and API credentials. You'll find these in your WooCommerce settings under Advanced > REST API.
Configure product sync
Choose which products and categories to sync with your chatbot. The chatbot will use this data to help customers find products and answer questions.
Enable order tracking
Allow customers to check their order status through the chatbot. They can provide their order number or email to get real-time updates.
Set up product recommendations
Configure the chatbot to suggest products based on customer queries. It can recommend related items, popular products, or items matching specific criteria.
Test the e-commerce chatbot
Use the preview to test product searches, order lookups, and recommendations. Verify that all data is accurate and the experience is smooth.
