Customize the notification emails that your chatbots send to you and your visitors.

Access email template settings

1 Access email template settings

Go to "Email Templates" in the sidebar. You'll see a list of available templates for different notification types.

2 Choose a template to customize

Select the template you want to edit, for example, new lead notifications, appointment confirmations, or conversation summaries.

3 Edit subject line and body

Customize the email subject and body content. Use template variables (like {{name}}, {{email}}) to personalize each email automatically.

4 Preview and save

Preview the email to see how it will look to recipients. Check that all variables are populated correctly, then save your changes.

Keep subject lines under 50 characters for best open rates.

Test the email by triggering a real notification and checking your inbox.
