The Flow Builder lets you create guided conversation steps inside the chat. Visitors can follow button choices, and off-script questions can still be answered by AI before the flow resumes.

Open the flow editor
Navigate to your chatbot's settings and open the Flow Builder section.
Create your steps
Add the messages, button choices, and next-step paths you want visitors to follow.
Add forms or booking when needed
Use flow steps to introduce a contact form, qualification path, or booking action at the right point in the conversation.
Let AI handle off-script questions
If a visitor asks something outside the scripted path, PopABot can answer it and then continue from the current flow step.
Save and test the journey
Preview the chatbot and click through each branch to make sure the journey feels clear and works the way you expect.
