Welcome to PopABot! This guide will walk you through setting up your account and creating your first AI chatbot.

Create your account
Visit the registration page and fill in your details, name, email, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your address.
Navigate the dashboard
After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with your key metrics. The sidebar on the left gives you access to all sections: Chatbots, Datasets, Channels, Integrations, and more.
Create your first chatbot
Click "Chatbots" in the sidebar, then click the "Create Chatbot" button. Give your chatbot a name, choose a language, and write a system prompt that defines its personality and purpose.
Add a knowledge base
Go to "Datasets" and create a new dataset. Add Q&A pairs manually or import content from a file. Then link this dataset to your chatbot so it can answer questions accurately.
Test and deploy
Use the preview feature to test your chatbot's responses. When you're satisfied, go to "Channels" to get the embed code and add the chatbot to your website.

Start with a clear, specific system prompt, it's the single biggest factor in chatbot quality.
Add at least 10-20 Q&A pairs to your dataset before going live.
Test your chatbot thoroughly in preview mode before deploying.
