Learn how to create and configure AI chatbots tailored to your business needs.

Access the chatbot builder
Navigate to "Chatbots" in the sidebar and click "Create Chatbot" to open the chatbot builder. You can also edit existing chatbots by clicking on their card.
Configure basic settings
Set your chatbot's name, select the language, and write a system prompt. The system prompt defines how your chatbot behaves, its tone, knowledge boundaries, and response style.
Customize appearance
Choose your chatbot's colors, avatar, chat bubble position, and welcome message. These settings control how the widget looks on your website.
Set up lead capture fields
Enable lead capture to collect visitor information like name, email, and phone number. Configure which fields are required and when the form appears during the conversation.
Configure booking fields
If you have Calendar Integration enabled, you can add appointment booking directly into your chatbot flow. Set up available time slots and booking confirmation messages.
Preview and publish
Use the built-in preview to test your chatbot. Check both desktop and mobile views. When ready, the chatbot will be available for deployment through Channels.
