How do I install my chatbot on my website?
After creating your chatbot, go to your chatbot list and click "Embed Code". Copy the code and paste it before the </body> tag on your website. Detailed instructions are available for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow.
How does the free trial work?
When you choose a paid plan (Essential or Pro), you get a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during this period without being charged. After 14 days, your card will be charged automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, go to "Change Plan" and select the Starter (free) plan. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can also use the "Manage Billing" button in your account settings.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
When you reach your monthly message limit, your chatbot will display a message inviting the visitor to contact you directly. Your quota resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your quota.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS certified). We never store your credit card numbers. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I use PopABot in multiple languages?
Yes, PopABot supports multiple languages. Your chatbot can respond automatically in the visitor's language. The dashboard is available in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Polish and Arabic.
