Build custom lead capture forms that collect visitor information for your chatbots.

Access the form builder

1 Access the form builder

Navigate to "Lead Forms" in the sidebar. You'll see your existing forms and a button to create new ones.

2 Add and configure fields

Add fields to your form: text inputs, email, phone, dropdowns, and more. Set labels, placeholder text, and choose which fields are required.

3 Set validation rules

Configure validation for each field, email format checking, phone number patterns, minimum/maximum length, and custom regex patterns.

4 Preview your form

Use the preview to see how your form will look and behave. Test the validation rules by submitting with various inputs.

5 Connect to your chatbot

Link the lead form to your chatbot. The form will appear during conversations to capture visitor information at the right moment.

Keep forms short, fewer fields means higher completion rates.

Only mark fields as required if you truly need that information.
