Prerequisites
- At least one deployed chatbot with conversations
Access conversation history
Click "Conversations" in the sidebar to view all chat sessions. You'll see a list of conversations sorted by date with key details like chatbot name and message count.
Filter and search conversations
Use the filter options to narrow down conversations by chatbot, date range, or status. The search bar lets you find specific conversations by content.
View conversation details
Click on any conversation to see the full message thread. Review the exchange between the visitor and your chatbot to identify areas for improvement.
Export conversation data
Export your conversation data for analysis. This can help you identify common questions, measure satisfaction, and improve your chatbot's knowledge base.
