Manage your subscription, compare plan features, and understand what each tier offers.
Pré-requisitos

View your current plan and usage
Go to "Subscription" from the user dropdown menu. You'll see your current plan, usage statistics, and remaining limits for chatbots, messages, and other features.
Compare available plans
Review the plan comparison table showing Starter (free), Essential, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Each plan includes different limits for chatbots, messages, datasets, and integrations.
Upgrade or downgrade
Click "Upgrade" on any higher plan to unlock more features. Downgrades take effect with a 7-day grace period, giving you time to adjust your resources.
Manage payment methods
Add, update, or remove payment methods. Your subscription renews automatically based on your billing cycle.
Understand the grace period
When you downgrade, you get a 7-day grace period where you keep access to your previous plan's features. During this time, you should adjust your resources (chatbots, datasets) to fit within the new plan's limits.
Dicas e boas práticas
Check your usage regularly to make sure you're on the right plan.
During a grace period, locked resources remain accessible but cannot be edited until you reduce to the new plan's limits.
