- A Google account with Calendar access
Connect your Google Calendar
Go to "Calendar" in the sidebar and click "Connect Google Calendar". You'll be prompted to sign in with your Google account and grant calendar access.
Set availability windows
Define your available time slots, choose which days and hours you accept appointments. The chatbot will only offer these times to visitors.
Configure booking fields
Customize what information you collect from visitors when they book: name, email, phone, and any additional notes or preferences.
Test appointment scheduling
Use the chatbot preview to walk through the booking flow. Verify that the available slots appear correctly and that bookings are created in your Google Calendar.
Manage appointments
View and manage all booked appointments from the Calendar page. You can see upcoming appointments, cancellations, and reschedule requests.
