The score itself
A circular badge with the total. Makes the verdict concrete and shareable — "I scored 87 on the readiness check" is better than "I took a quiz".
A quiz that scores itself. Every tapped answer adds points, the total lands the visitor on a personalised result — with a tailored CTA, a downloadable PDF, and a gated lead form. Built for consultants, advisors, agencies and anyone whose first pitch is a self-check.
Start from any existing flow. Add scores to the buttons, define the bands, choose where the form goes.
Every button in the flow can carry a point value. A risky answer gets 0, a good one gets 3. The builder shows you the running max so you know the possible range at a glance.
Each band has a min–max score range, a title, a description, an optional CTA button and an optional file to download. Ranges cannot overlap — the builder validates that before saving.
Three placements: no form, form before the result (gated — your score is the reward), or form after the result (lower friction). Swap it any time without rebuilding the flow.
A live progress bar during the quiz. Then a per-band result screen with a score, a verdict, a CTA, an optional download, and an optional gated form — all written once per band and stitched to the matching score.

Title and description written per band — so a high scorer gets different copy from a low scorer. You speak to where they actually are.
Each band has its own button label and link. A strong scorer books a strategy call; a weaker one gets a free 101 guide. No single CTA pretending to fit everyone.
Attach a different PDF per band — a 90-day action plan for mid-tier, a fix-priority shortlist for high scorers, a starter playbook for beginners. Generic templates feel useless after someone scored themselves; a band-specific next step does not.
Optional: drop the form before the verdict, hide the score behind a custom gate message, and watch completion rates on your assessment become lead rates.
A thin fill at the top of the chat shows how far through the assessment they are. Optional — turn it off for shorter or ungated quizzes.
Four concrete builds. Each shows two scored questions, the running total, and the result card the visitor lands on.
Readiness scores, maturity audits, capability checks. The score is the hook that turns an anonymous visitor into a discovery call.
Coverage-gap checks, retirement-readiness scores, risk tolerance profiles. Gate the result behind a short form — the verdict is the reason they fill it in.
SEO audits, conversion-rate scorecards, brand-health checks. A free score beats a free "contact us" — and each band can end in a different call-to-action.
Burnout checks, sleep-quality scores, habits audits. Gentle verdict copy per band. The higher-concern bands link straight into an intro call.
Fit scores, plan recommenders, maturity benchmarks. A visitor who scores "advanced" goes to the Pro trial — a "just starting" lands on the free tier page.
Placement tests, level checks, "which course fits you" quizzes. The result recommends the right course — and the download is the syllabus.
A funnel routes — each branch ends in a different place. An assessment scores — every button you tap adds points, and at the end the total is matched to one of your result bands. Same visitor, same questions, but the outcome is a personalised verdict with its own CTA and downloadable file, not a routed destination.
Yes. Every result band can have its own file — a 90-day action plan for the mid scorers, a priority-fix shortlist for the high scorers, a starter playbook for beginners. Upload it once in the dashboard and attach it to the band. When the visitor lands on that result, they get a one-click download button in the chat.
Yes. Choose a form placement — no form, form before the result, or form after the result. Before-result gating turns every completed assessment into a captured lead; after-result is lower friction. Your call, per assessment.
As many as you need. Each band has a min and max score, a title, a description, an optional CTA button with its own link, and an optional downloadable file. The ranges must not overlap — the builder validates that for you before saving.
